Should be experienced in strategy development;

Understanding Customer decision journey, SWOT/PESTLE, Value/Business model canvas;

Understanding media channels, their roles and KPIs;

Should be impartial and proactive, keeping the overall goal of the project in mind;

Should master empathy and understand different types of people;With itching desire to learn new and improve the quality of the agency product at all stages.
