Our task was to develop launch strategy for the product and services that are new to the market - new technology houses for rent. We conducted qualitative research with the TA that could be interested in the product and could also afford it.

Following all our findings QDRO business model was changed for Ā«houses for saleĀ», the product and services were updated to the clients needs. We defined the key audience segments and developed key messages and action plan for each of them
